Ahh, Chapterhouse, the missing link between space rock and shoegaze. This 1991 debut album from the Reading, UK band remains their most coherent statement (but check out the later Global Communication remix album for a bit of ambient post-rave hedonism) and one of the more adventurous LPs to come out of the extended shoegaze milieu.
