Turntable Lab offers a 30-day return policy for most items to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment. Please note that used needles, opened software, and headphones are subject to specific health and hygiene restrictions.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization request within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories and manuals, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our Brooklyn warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
