The Aural Definition of Space Funk. I can't imagine the scene when Peter Brown dropped this 10 minute+ track back in 1979. Producers are still playing catchup to this day. Personally, it ranks up there with the "Mt Airy Groove" instrumental as one the most enjoyable early hip­hop records. Single features Part 1 and Part 2. Recommended.
