Elzhi: The Preface Vinyl 2LP
Debut album from Detroit rapper, Elzhi. The 2008 album, The Preface, features a gang of Detroit talent including a young Black Milk handling almost all of the production duties with two cuts getting produced from Elzhi's former crew mate, T3 of Slum Village, and one of our favorite DJ / Producers, Dez Andres. While Elzhi holds it down on the mic he also called in the Dirty D's finest. Danny Brown, Royce da 5'9", Phat Kat, Guilty Simpson + more all spit their rugged styles. This is straight forward boom bap for the heads.
