Singer-songwriter Sian Evans and songwriters/producers Markee Ledge and Darren Decoder make up Kosheen, and Resist is the debut album from the British electronic music group. Originally released in 2001, the record is based on Markee and Darren's past works in drum 'n' bass, but they take a more pop-oriented approach, rendering a record that's inching closer to trip-hop and even rock during certain moments. The 15-tracker includes Kosheen's hit singles "Hide U" and "Pride" (both featured on FIFA Football 2003 soundtrack), also check out "Catch," "Empty Skies," and "Hungry."
