Hold you down. Back in 2011, Alchemist went out to Israel and dug up a stash of local records from various small shops and flea markets. Those records would eventually become the basis for a conceptual instrumental album. Fast forward a few years later, and after another trip to Israel, the Israeli Salad album finally gets realized. This series of beat sketches all have a distinct Middle Eastern flavor, plus that signature Alchemist touch that goes hard.
